That’s why West Coast’s exclusive two-step carpet cleaning system includes an essential extra step - a specially formulated pH-balancing fiber rinse that removes cleaning agent residue right along with deep-down dirt. So all that’s left behind is cleaner, softer, more beautiful carpet.
How It Works
When our professionally trained, insured carpet cleaning technicians arrive at your home, they start with a pre-inspection to identify problem areas. Then the West Coast Two-Step Deep Clean goes to work:
Step 1: A special heated cleaning solution is injected deep into carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt.
Step 2: It’s followed by a thorough fiber rinse and high-powered extraction to remove the dirt along with the cleaning agent.
We then recommend an application of Teflon Carpet and Upholstery Protector (optional) and/or Fresh Scent Deodorizer(optional). Reapplying the carpet protector helps restore protective properties to your carpet, extending its life and making it easier to care for.
Carpet Grooming: Your carpet is groomed to help reduce matting, allowing it to dry faster and distribute the protector and deodorizer evenly.
Post Inspection: A final walk-through ensures satisfaction. Furniture is returned to its proper place, and protective coasters are placed under each leg.
